Fees

We are open 51 weeks a year between 7.30 – 18.00. We close for a week at Christmas/New year, and we are also closed for bank holidays. We therefore charge for just 50 weeks of the year but our payments are spread out through the year into 52 equal payments.

All sessions include all meals and trips out. Nappies and wipes must be provided by parents. We offer funding for 2, 3 and 4 year olds through the governments Early Years entitlement. This is currently funded for 15 hours a week for 38 weeks of the year.

Term before/after school - Age up to 12 years old

Breakfast Club (Drop off at school) £6.00 per day
After School Club (Pick up from school) £14.00 per day
Holiday Club (School holidays) £32.00 per day
All of the above combined through year £110.00 per week

Calculations are based on 5 days per week, 38 weeks term time and 12 weeks school holidays, a total of 50 weeks. Totals are then divided by 52 to give a regular weekly payment figure.

Fees may be paid by cash, debit card or standing order. We also accept payment via Childcare voucher schemes. In some circumstances and by prior arrangement, we may accept fees half termly or termly. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by credit card and we no longer accept payment by cheque.

We are happy to provide our Early Years reference number for parents who wish to make a Tax Credit claim. Please note that on occasion we are contacted by Inland Revenue, Job Centre Plus or other Government bodies to verify details of childcare tax credit claimants. We are obliged to provide this information and cannot be held responsible for any changes to your claim as a result of providing the information requested.
